At Sidecar Coffee, we take pride in buying some of the world’s best coffee beans, roasting them to perfection, and brewing them with care and craft in order to maximize enjoyment of your daily cup of coffee.
Nothing in our shop is automatic, as we believe that nothing beautiful comes easy. Almost no food or drink in our shop was produced more than five miles from our front door.
We aim to serve the best coffee you’ll find, and make your day just a little brighter every time you walk in.
American coffee roasting is a young craft, and one that is developing at a terrific pace. Far from giant coastal factories that roast hundreds of thousands of pounds of beans a day, our friendly little yellow roaster makes tiny batches of perfect coffee 12 kilograms at a time.
We roast with a light touch in order to reveal rather than mask the flavor inherent in the green beans – beans harvested with care in the world’s finest coffee growing regions, hand selected by our importer and brought to Cedar Falls in bags rather than on giant pallets.
All over America, small roasters like us are striving to make coffee for neighborhoods rather than corporations, and we’re proud to be part of a coast-to-coast movement to bring perfect coffee to corner shops in towns of all sizes.
